Hey ladies! I'm really sorry for the delay. I know I said I would try to have Countdown ready for the last week, but it was impossible at the end :( Anyway, I have some good news for you! I have our weekly set 1 and the bi-weekly games updated! Also, February babies can pick their rewards here. Let's go with the heavy stuff now ^^;; Poll results Based on the time of this update, I'm sure you all can guess the results of last weeks' poll: from now on, Countdown will be updated every Wednesday. Many of you said that either day was OK and only a few people chose saturday, so I decided to change the day for updates to wednesday. I hope that's fine with everyone :) New Activity I mentioned in my last update that I was thinking about giving some kind of special reward to the three most active people, and I finally decided to go ahead with the idea of giving you some points for each mastery and trade. Points will be awarded like this: Trades = 2 points Every 10 trades you get 5 extra points At the end of every month, each member will have to complete a form letting me know the total number of masteries and trades for the month. In addition to this, I will need each member to maintain a separate log to keep track of just your trades, but I don't think that should be too much trouble, since it's only some copy and pasting. Also, I don't need you to include your masteries in the separate log, however, you can keep track of them there if you want to. I still have to think about the prizes for this new activity, but I will eventually create a new page on the site where the activity's rules and prizes will be properly explained. For now, since it's already Feb 10th and I'm still 'landing' here, I think it would be best to try and start this next month when things have finally settled down. And one last thing from me this week: If you happen to find any mistakes or weird things when surfing around the site, please let me know so I can get it fixed ASAP. I feel dizzy because I've been navigating through the code for three days now *.* Until next week! <333 EDIT: Some of you mentioned that you still have the Halloween treats with you so I decided to leave the event page up for a couple of weeks more until FEBRUARY 24TH. Be sure to trade all your candy in before that date ;) |
